Terms of Service

Last updated 27 June 2026

About these terms

These terms govern use of ChatGoose, an AI lead-handling concierge for UK estate and letting agents. By accessing or using the service you agree to these terms. In this document, “we”, “us”, and “ChatGoose” refer to PropertyGoose Ltd (company number 16770989), registered office: Unit 3b, Aquila House, Pierhead Street, Cardiff, Wales, CF10 4PH, the operator of the ChatGoose service; “agency” means a business that uses ChatGoose to handle its enquiries; and “you” means the person or business using the service.

The service

ChatGoose lets agencies receive enquiries (via a website chat widget, email, and WhatsApp) and uses automated assistance to qualify leads, match them to available properties, and help arrange viewings. ChatGoose is a software tool provided to the agency; it is not an estate agent, and it does not provide property, legal, financial, or mortgage advice.

Agency accounts and end users

  • Agencies are responsible for their account, their staff’s access, the accuracy of their property data, and for complying with the laws and professional obligations that apply to them.
  • People enquiring with an agency interact with ChatGoose on that agency’s behalf; the agency is the party responsible for following up on enquiries and bookings.

AI-generated content

Replies, summaries, property matches, and availability are generated with the help of automated systems and may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate. They should be treated as helpful assistance, not a guarantee. Property details, prices, and availability are owned and provided by the agency and should be confirmed with the agency before relying on them.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the service unlawfully, or to send spam, abusive, or misleading content;
  • attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service;
  • use the service to process data you have no right to process, or in breach of any third-party platform’s terms (including WhatsApp / Meta).

Third-party services

ChatGoose integrates with third-party platforms — including the WhatsApp Business Platform, email delivery, and calendar providers. Your use of those features is also subject to the relevant provider’s terms, and we are not responsible for those providers’ services.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and we may update, suspend, or change features. We may also update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above, and continued use means you accept the updated terms.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, data, or business, arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
